Dark Souls - Solid Soulsborne, little slower compared to more recent games by FromSoft. The world is pretty easy to get lost in and you can easily attempt to go somewhere way too early if you are new to the game and get absolutely destroyed, but it does make for the most open ended Dark Souls as a result. Plus it gave us Solaire, need I say more?

Dark Souls 2 - I dislike Dark Souls 2 greatly. It tried a lot of new things for the franchise but most of it I just didn’t care for. Pacing felt wrong, enemy placement through the maps felt way off balance, and the bosses were all pretty forgettable and I beat most of them way too easily. There are also some bullshit moments that break from the genre’s general trend of “if you pay attention and take it slow, you can spot every trap.” It is fiercely defended by some and can respect the opinion it just isn’t for me
Dark Souls 3 - First Dark Souls I ever beat. I like it for what it did to the Dark Souls games. Everything feels a little more tuned than the previous two. And it did take the best quality of life aspects from both and give them to us as players. I have also run a large number of randomizer runs in this game so that should say something about how much I like playing it.
Death Stranding - It's a Kojima game. Your expectations will be met. I loved the story, the music, the characters, hell even the villain was fun to hate. Got me really emotionally invested, but it still wasn't the game to make me cry.

Demon’s Souls - Really fantastic game. The game that started it all off, the last one I needed to beat in the library of FromSoft Soulsborne games that were available at the time. Difficulty curve could be a little weird, rarely was it the bosses themselves that actually gave me any issue. Solid design and rewards thinking things through and fighting smarter.

Deus Ex - I’m not going to tell you this game is perfect. It is far from that. But it is a really amazing cyberpunk first person RPG. Nothing else on the market currently beats it in my opinion. Also this gave me a bunch of goofy jokes early on in my streaming career. Save early save often, and think your actions through. And don’t toss your sniper rifle off the roof on accident.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Personally what I feel like is the only other worth while installment in the franchise. The game play is solid, the story fun, and the playstyle options amazing. I really should have just played through in a lethal style so I could enjoy myself a little bit more but the pacifist thing fell apart at the end any way. Worth a check out and a play through if you want a cyberpunk setting with some solid tactical play.
Doom (2016) - Reboot on the franchise, fun game, killer music, story is just enough there to keep you interested but not so intrusive to keep you from the action for long. Keep in mind that you will want to collect at least the runes that seem useful to you, the argent cells and the preator tokens whenever possible.
Doom Eternal - This game is a pretty solid game but fair warning does have some major departures from the expectations of a shooter. Music is still rockin and the story line is pretty satisfying but the difficulty will feel all over the place at times. The DLC was honestly take it or leave it for me, 3 hours each for two DLC's that basically tried to fit a longer game's difficulty curve into their brief stay in my life.
Dragon’s Dogma - Great game design over all, great creatures and ability to customize your build. You will definitely want to do side content to avoid struggle, but the side content also let's you get access to more big monster fights which this game is all about. Be ready for a level grind if you want to finish the DLC.
Dust: An Elysian Tail - Sidscrolling action RPG. Good music, great art style, not too long. Little campy but that is usually a plus for me, worth a pickup for casual players or achievement hunters since there is a lot worth doing
